Software is starting to earn its own money. Agents sell inference, data, and work, and with x402 they finally have a way to get paid. What never arrived is everything that comes after revenue.
Today an agent’s income sits where it lands: a hot wallet, unallocated, unguarded, unaudited. The most automated economy in history parks its working capital the way a corner shop keeps cash in a drawer.
Every economy eventually grows a treasury layer. Merchants got banks. The internet got fintech. The agent economy will get one too, and it cannot be a bank with an API. It has to be built for clients that are software:
Autonomous, because its depositors never sleep. Bounded by code, because no human can stand behind every transaction, so the mandate has to. Non-custodial, because between machines trust is verified, never promised.
That is what we are building. Income arrives over x402, policy decides where it works, guardrails decide when it comes home, and every decision lands in a record that can be replayed from the first deposit. Agents act. Humans govern.
Why “Olbos”
Olbos is an old Greek word: ὄλβος. Not wealth as a pile of gold; the poets had another word for that. Olbos is prosperity that is well-founded, the kind worth keeping. That is the standard the engine is built to.
The mark is an omega: the last letter, the seal. On the dashboard it is also the kill switch, and the ring closes when you pull it. The ring is the boundary your capital lives inside.
Our first venues are named delphi and olympia, after the sanctuaries where Greek cities kept their treasuries: in temples, behind visible boundaries, under constant watch. The treasury was always a temple. We are just building the next one.

Capital keeps agent hours
If the income never stops, the treasury never closes. Idle balances are a design failure, not a default.
Boundaries beat promises
A policy enforced at the signing layer is worth more than any assurance. We put the fence in the cryptography.
The record is the product
An autonomous system is only trustworthy if every action it takes can be inspected and replayed. The audit log is not a feature; it is the contract.
Quiet is a feature
The default state of a treasury is stillness. Motion happens when policy calls for it, and silence means everything is working.
